During the wet season (March and into April) we recommend some buffer in your itinerary in case of inclement weather and delays to flights. We will be happy to offer advice. There is a general weight restriction of 15 kgs per passenger in soft bags only to fit in the aircraft luggage compartments.
It will be possible to keep excess bags at the air operator’s office in Darwin. Although all care is taken, Bamurru Plains does not accept responsibility for any expense incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, alteration or mechanical failure with a charter aircraft.
Travel Insurance
Unforeseen circumstances may result in you having to change your plans or even cancel at the last moment. To protect non-refundable deposits and payments we STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation and emergency medical care cover.
Please be sure to consider such things as pre-existing medical conditions, valuable items and that the policy is right for you.
Force Majeure
‘Force Majeure’ means (without restriction) any event which Bamurru Plains could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. Force Majeure covers events such as, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events beyond our control. In the case of Force Majeure Cavendra Pty Ltd will not accept liability, and reserves the right to change and cancel trips.

Third Party Arrangements
If you have booked some of your flights directly with the airline or travel agency, please be sure to advise us of any flight changes (timings, numbers etc.) and please be sure to check that your final itinerary has the details correctly noted.
